A Spotted Moray, Gymnothorax moringa, appears threatening, but is only opening its mouth to "breathe" seawater through its gills at the divesite known as South Double Ledges somewhere in the waters off West Palm Beach, Florida. Equipment: Minolta 800si in an Ikelite housing with a Sigma 50mm macro lens and dual Ikelite SS200's on Velvia film. |
