A diver explores the Maverick Wreck in the greenish waters off the Caribbean island of Tobago. The waters are usually blue, but at the beginning of an active rainy season, Venezuela’s Orinoco River can dump enough green water into the Caribbean Sea to affect its color as far north as the USVI.
