The Giant Anemone of the Caribbean, Condylactus gigantea, is often home for a variety of invertebrates. Here one can see a Yellowline Arrow Crab standing out in front, while a Banded Clinging Crab peers out from within the anemone's tentacles. Continue on to the next two images for closeup portraits of each of these crabs. Equipment: Minolta 800si in an Ikelite housing with a Sigma 50mm macro lens and dual Ikelite SS200's on Velvia film. |
