BAH 0010 Spotted Dolphin, Stenella frontalis, photographed near Bimini in the Bahamas. This youngster is just starting to exhibit the characteristic spots that will continue to develop with age. (Note the small spots forming at the front of its melon, or forehead, and on the upper jaw.) |
